Kitchens that
anchor the home.
More than a renovation.
A centerpiece.
The kitchen is where your family actually lives. School lunches, late conversations, holiday meals. We approach every kitchen renovation with that reality in mind. The layout has to work. The materials have to last. The finish has to look as good in five years as it does on day one.
Our kitchen renovations span the full spectrum. Refreshes that update aesthetics without moving walls. Mid-range transformations with new cabinetry, counters, and appliances. Full structural renovations that open your kitchen to the rest of the home. Whatever the scope, the standard is the same.
Every kitchen we deliver is designed and built by one team, on one contract, with one project manager who owns the outcome from first sketch to final walkthrough.
Every detail,
under one contract.
A kitchen renovation involves a dozen trades and hundreds of decisions. We coordinate every piece so you only have to make the choices that actually matter to you.

For your kitchen.
Most contractors treat kitchens like any other room. We treat them like the heart of the house. The standards we hold ourselves to reflect that.
Design First, Build Right
We don't pour money into the wrong layout. Every kitchen starts with a design phase that gets the bones right before the budget grows.
Local Cabinet Partners
We work with cabinet shops we have known for years. Custom builds, real wood, soft-close hardware, finished to a standard you can see and touch.
One Project Manager
No phone trees. No bouncing between contacts. One person owns your kitchen from consultation to handover.
Live-In Capable
Site protection on day one. Daily cleanup. Most kitchen renovations let you stay in your home throughout the build.
Common questions.
The questions homeowners ask most often when planning a kitchen renovation.
A typical kitchen renovation runs 4 to 8 weeks of build time, plus 4 to 8 weeks of design and material lead time before that. Larger renovations with structural changes can extend the build phase to 10 weeks. We give you a project-specific schedule before we break ground.
For most kitchen renovations, yes. Our dust containment, daily cleanup, and site protection make it possible to live through the project. We will set up a temporary kitchen with your fridge, microwave, and coffee maker so you can still function. For full home renovations or major structural work, we will discuss the options upfront.
All major selections happen during the design phase, before construction starts. Our design coordinator walks you through every decision, with cabinetry samples, counter slabs, and appliance specs all coordinated. Selections lock in before we order so there are no delays once construction begins.
Cosmetic renovations without electrical or plumbing changes typically do not require permits. Renovations involving wall removal, electrical changes, gas line moves, or plumbing relocation will require permits. We handle all permit applications, inspections, and approvals as part of the planning phase.
Yes. Many clients buy their own appliances, especially when they have a specific high-end model in mind. We are happy to install items you have purchased. The warranty on those specific items becomes your responsibility, but our installation work is still covered under our one-year workmanship warranty.
Layout changes are some of our most rewarding projects. We can remove walls, add islands, open the kitchen to the dining or living room, or reconfigure plumbing and gas lines. Structural changes require engineering and permits, which we coordinate as part of the planning phase.
The kitchen renovation exceeded what we thought was possible in our space. George helped us see options we would never have considered, and the final result is the heart of our home.
