Complete Home Renovations

Whole-home transformations.

Multi-room renovations, structural changes, and full finish-outs. One contract, one team, one accountable point of contact for the most ambitious renovations we deliver.

A renovation,
at the scale of a home.

Whole-home renovations are different. The decisions multiply. The trades stack on top of each other. The schedule extends to months instead of weeks. Most contractors lose the thread halfway through. Materials arrive late. Subcontractors stop showing up. The homeowner ends up project managing their own renovation.

We exist for the kind of renovation other contractors cannot finish. Multi-floor projects. Removing walls between rooms to redesign the way the house lives. Full mechanical and electrical replacements. Replacing finishes everywhere from flooring to fixtures. The kind of project that touches every surface in the home.

Our process for whole-home work is the same as for kitchens, scaled up. Detailed planning, single project manager, weekly progress meetings, phased build schedules. The standards do not change just because the scope does.

Every system,
every finish.

A whole-home renovation involves dozens of trades over several months. We coordinate every piece under a single accountable contract.

For your whole-home renovation.

Whole-home renovations are won or lost on coordination. Our entire system is built for managing complexity at scale.

01

One Contract, One Owner

No general contractor pointing at subs, no design-build with split accountability. One contract, one project manager, one source of truth for every decision.

02

Phased Build Schedule

Sequenced trades. Materials staged in delivery windows. Mechanicals roughed in before drywall. The order of operations is what keeps multi-month projects on track.

03

Live-In Strategy

Most whole-home renovations work with the family living in part of the home. We phase work so you always have a functioning kitchen and bathroom.

04

Weekly Owner Meetings

A scheduled meeting every week to review progress, surface blockers, approve change orders, and look ahead. Transparency is the antidote to renovation anxiety.

Common questions.

The questions homeowners ask when planning a major renovation.

How long does a whole-home renovation take?
+

Plan for 3 to 6 months for the build phase, plus 2 to 3 months upfront for design, permits, and material ordering. Larger renovations with structural changes can extend to 8 to 12 months total. We give you a project-specific schedule before contract signing.

Can my family stay in the home during the renovation?
+

For most whole-home renovations, yes, with phasing. We can sequence the work so you have a functioning kitchen, at least one bathroom, and a place to sleep at all times. Some clients choose to relocate during the most intensive phases. We discuss this strategy upfront.

Do I need an architect?
+

For most whole-home projects, our in-house design coordination is enough. For projects with major structural changes, additions, or zoning considerations, we work with architects and engineers we have relationships with. We coordinate the entire process.

How do you handle changes during a 6-month project?
+

Change orders are documented in writing before any work happens. You see the cost and timeline impact before approving. We never proceed with extra work and surprise you on the final invoice. Weekly meetings keep changes structured rather than chaotic.

What's the deposit and payment structure for a project this size?
+

Whole-home renovations are paid in milestone-based draws tied to specific phases of completion. Initial deposit, framing milestone, mechanicals milestone, drywall milestone, finishing milestone, completion milestone. Every term is documented in your contract.

Can I add a home addition as part of a whole-home renovation?
+

Yes. Combining additions with whole-home renovations is often more cost-effective than doing them separately. Permits, mechanicals, and crew utilization stack efficiently. We have completed several projects that combined an addition with a full interior renovation.
