Home renovations
in Mississauga.
Every kind of home.
Mississauga is Canada's seventh-largest city, and it holds nearly every kind of home. Lakeside century properties, estate homes on wooded lots, post-war bungalows, and subdivision after subdivision built through the boom decades. No single approach fits all of it.
Along the water — Port Credit, Lakeview, Lorne Park, Mineola — homes come with character, generous lots, and owners who renovate to a high standard. This is where we do major work: whole-home transformations, additions that respect the original architecture, kitchens and primary suites built without compromise.
Inland, much of Mississauga went up between the 1960s and 1980s, and it is hitting renovation age all at once. Erin Mills, Meadowvale, Clarkson, Cooksville — solid homes with dated kitchens, closed-off layouts, and basements ready to be opened up and finished. Whatever the era, the standard of execution stays the same.
What we deliver.
From high-end lakeside builds to modernizing a 1970s split-level, the full scope of services we offer Mississauga homeowners.
Kitchen Renovations
From a custom lakeside build to opening up a dated Erin Mills layout, Mississauga kitchens run the full range. We build to the level the home calls for.

Built for the full range.
No two Mississauga projects look alike. One month it's a high-end addition on a Lorne Park estate, the next it's taking a 1975 Meadowvale kitchen back to the studs. We're built to move across that range without dropping the standard.
High-End Whole-Home Renovations
Mississauga's lakeside and estate neighbourhoods hold homes worth doing right. We take on major whole-home work — structural changes, additions, custom kitchens and primary suites — with the project management a build of that size demands.
Additions on Established Lots
Bigger lots invite additions. Second storeys, rear extensions, and in-law suites designed to sit naturally with the original home rather than announce themselves — on a Mineola bungalow or a Clarkson two-storey alike.
Committee of Adjustment & Permits
Older Mississauga lots often need a minor variance before a permit — setbacks, lot coverage, height. We prepare the drawings, handle the Committee of Adjustment application where it's required, and carry the City of Mississauga approvals so the project doesn't stall.
Modernizing the Boom-Era Stock
A huge share of Mississauga was built between the 1960s and 1980s and is dated all at once. We bring those homes current — opening closed layouts, finishing basements, and replacing tired kitchens and baths with work built to last another forty years.

Common local questions.
The questions Mississauga homeowners ask us most often.
Yes. Much of our Mississauga work is major whole-home renovation in the lakeside and estate neighbourhoods — structural reconfiguration, additions, custom kitchens, and primary suites. A build of that scale is managed by a dedicated project manager from design through final walkthrough.
That's a large share of what we do here. Boom-era homes across Erin Mills, Meadowvale, and Clarkson tend to share the same issues — closed-off layouts, dated kitchens and baths, unfinished basements. We open them up and modernize them without losing what's solid about the original build.
A single room runs a few weeks; a finished basement 6 to 10 weeks depending on scope. Whole-home renovations and additions are measured in months and depend on permits, structural work, and material lead times. We give you a project-specific schedule before construction starts.
Sometimes. Additions and larger reconfigurations on Mississauga's older lots can run into setback, coverage, or height limits that require a minor variance. Where that's the case, we prepare the drawings and handle the Committee of Adjustment application as part of the project so it doesn't catch you by surprise.
In most cases, yes. Removing a load-bearing wall means proper structural engineering for beam sizing, verifying what the wall carries, permitting the change, and integrating the new beam cleanly — so the finished floor looks like it was always open.

If you want a company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend The Dagher Group. They transformed my basement into an amazing space — I couldn't be more satisfied.
