From first call
to final walkthrough.
A method built on predictability.
Most renovations go sideways for the same reason. There is no real plan, no central owner, and no system for handling the hundreds of decisions a project requires. We solved that by building a five-step process where every phase is documented, every decision is owned, and every homeowner knows what to expect.
Our process is not a sales tool. It is the operating manual for our team. Whether you are renovating a powder room or rebuilding an entire home, every project moves through the same five phases. Same checklists, same standards, same accountability.
The Consultation.
Every project starts with a conversation in your home. We walk the space, listen to your goals, take measurements, and discuss budget honestly. There is no pressure, no upsell, and no obligation.
- In-home walkthrough at your convenience
- Goals, lifestyle, and budget conversation
- Initial measurements and site assessment
- Honest feasibility feedback before you commit
The Design.
Once we have a clear vision, we move into design. This is where layouts get refined, drawings get created, and material selections get made. We walk you through every decision so nothing surprises you when the build starts.
- Layouts, drawings, and 3D visuals when needed
- Material selection from cabinets to fixtures
- Cost breakdowns for every option
- Revisions until the design feels right
The Plan.
Before a single tool comes out, we lock in a complete plan. Detailed quote, transparent contract, permits secured, materials ordered, and a written project schedule. You know exactly what is happening, what it costs, and when it will be done.
- Line-item quote with every cost spelled out
- Transparent contract with clear terms
- Permits and approvals handled by us
- Material ordering and delivery scheduling
The Build.
This is where the work happens. Site protection day one. Daily site management. Weekly progress updates. Trades coordinated by your project manager. We treat your home like our own, because for the next several weeks, we are living in it as much as you are.
- Floor and surface protection installed first
- Daily site cleanup, every day, no exceptions
- Weekly progress reports with photos
- Single project manager for all your questions
The Delivery.
Most contractors disappear once the dust settles. We do the opposite. We walk through the entire project with you, document any deficiencies, fix them, and hand over a one-year workmanship warranty. The relationship does not end at handover.
- Full final walkthrough with the homeowner
- Deficiency list documented and addressed
- All paperwork, warranties, and care guides
- One-year workmanship warranty on every project
How long
your project will take.
Every project is different, but these are honest, realistic timelines based on the renovations we deliver across the GTA. We will give you a specific schedule for your project after the design phase.
Common questions.
The most common questions we hear from homeowners as they consider their renovation. If you have something specific not covered here, just call us.
For most kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations, no. Our site protection and daily cleanup standards make it possible to live through most projects. For whole-home renovations or major structural work, we will discuss this with you upfront and help plan accordingly.
Our payment schedule is broken down into clearly defined milestones. A deposit confirms your spot in our schedule. Subsequent payments are tied to specific build milestones. Final payment is only due after your full walkthrough and any deficiencies are corrected. Every term is documented in your contract.
Change orders are documented in writing before any work happens. You see the cost and timeline impact before approving. We never proceed with extra work and surprise you on the final invoice. The contract change process is one of the most transparent parts of our system.
We do. Permit applications, inspections, and final approvals are handled by our team as part of the planning phase. You never have to navigate the building department.
Every project comes with a 30 day workmanship warranty. If something we installed fails or shows defects within that period, we come back and fix it at no charge. Beyond the warranty, we still take calls. Long-term relationships are how we measure success.
Yes, with a few caveats. We are happy to install materials you have purchased, but the warranty on those specific materials becomes your responsibility, not ours. We will be transparent about what we recommend and why.
Let's begin.
The first step is the easiest. A 60-minute consultation in your home, with no pressure and no obligation. We will leave you with honest feedback whether or not you decide to work with us.
